People in the west are desensitized to the idea of a spiritual realm. This theology brings light to a reality that too many people are oblivious to. Knowing there is a spiritual battle going on, spurs people on to prepare for the battle. This idea of a spiritual realm emphasizes the idea of free will as well. This is a good aspect because it helps someone understand why the world is such a ruckus state. Not only does the spiritual realm help explain the bad things, but it can also take part in the good.
