I. Attention Grabber: Hello everyone, I am honored to introduce our next speaker, Bailey Bauer.
II. Credibility: I have known Bailey for nine years.
III. Thesis: Bailey is a great member of SkillsUSA and will be greatly missed.
IV. Preview: I will be telling you about Bailey, Her involvement and accomplishments through SkillsUSA and her role as an officer.

Transition: To begin, I will briefly tell you about Bailey.

1. Bailey lives in McLean county and is involved with many different organizations. I will briefly highlight two of these.

SkillsUSA is the second organization Bailey has dedicated I great amount of effort to that I will elaborate on later.
Bailey is currently a student at Heartland Community College and hopes to attend Watkins institute of art for a degree in graphic design.

Transition: Next, I will elaborate on Bailey's involvement with Skills USA.

B. Involvement and accomplishments through SkillsUSA:
B.1. The mission and vision of SkillsUSA according to the the official Illinois skills USA website is as follows. “SkillsUSA is a partnership of students, teachers and industry working together to ensure America has a skilled workforce. SkillsUSA helps each student excel.” The organization seeks to serve teachers, high school students and college students who are preparing for careers in trade, technical and skilled service occupations.
B.2. Bailey has been a member of SkillsUSA for three years. During this time, she has entered a great variety of contest. From Photography and pin design to tee-shirt designing. She was also the winner of the Promotional Bulletin Board contest.
