Good evening, I am pleased to welcome you to the ABC Company’s annual awards banquet. This company was formed in 1985. Thirty-two years ago, we started out as a small home based business with 5 people in a basement rec room. Today, we are a nationally recognized company with 120 full time team members in various places around the nation. Our company is technology based, and as such, we experience profound change and the pressure on a daily basis. As most of you can attest to, change is ever present, and change it seems, is the only thing that remains “constant”.
This particular award recognizes a founding member of our team who has been instrumental in developing key performance measures that are used on a daily basis in all aspects of the operation. She also negotiated several well balanced and all-encompassing benefit packages for each team member working today. She continues to work extremely hard and to collaborate with other departments and other companies to ensure we continually have access not only to the latest technology trends but to the most comprehensive benefit packages, thereby strengthening our services to our internal clients in numerous ways and inspiring other employees with greater confidence in their roles within the company.
