This research was conducted to measures job satisfaction contradict to behavior dimensions and the influences. There are issues arises where strategies are used to avoid conflicts. Each individual contribute to an organization with the hope of good returns such as job satisfaction but due to distinct of cultural background, it often became a dissapointment. A combination of two or more individual from different cultural background interact and work as business partners, this defined cross cultural management. The Westerners compared to Asian definitely have a different cultural measures. Both individualism and Collectivism plays a total opposite role between China and New Zealand. (David C. Thomas, Kevin, Au., 2002)

Hong Kong and New Zealand global managers have a different expectations in regards of the business culture atmoshere. The cultural dimension of hofstede study have identified an extreme opposite positions between both country in the style of management. In a high context of Hong Kees, they are catogerized as collectivism because they focus on group rather than solo interests. The Chinese usually have many participants for meeting within negotiation. In order to achive a successful trade process between distinct culture is based on trust and tracing game, it is also known as human gaming simultaneous supply chain process. Participants have to select partners based on trade goals and negotiations process commodities have invisible quality. Therefore, having indepth knowledge on potential partners are important. Once contrats have reach an agreement, traders can either trust or use an opportunity to defect by putting delivery on a test..
