Hospitality industry need a bunch of managers, supervisors and staff who are skillful to handle the growing industry nowadays. In order to fill up the shortage of skillful employee, hospitality industry need to have high motivation to encourage students taking part in this career. Suitable career factors such as job enjoyment, job security, high salary earning, good starting earning, and reasonable workload should be provide to any job seekers in any industry.
