Employees under human resource management are provided with more training and development opportunities. In HR employees are a resource to be managed just as any other resource would be and HR focuses on developing and maintaining effective communication throughout the organisation.
4. In personnel management, decisions are made by the top management in relation to the rules and regualtions of the organsiartion. However in human resource management, decisions are made after a number of factors including the employee 's participation, competitive environment and authority.
