How Young is Too Young for a Smartphone?

Smartphones have advantages and disadvantages. The age to get a smartphone is a widely debated topic. Phone basically is a need nowadays, one has to have a source to contact their family or friends or to socialise. But the appropriate age to give a smartphone is still a problem faced by all parents. The society in which we live is full of cyber crimes and fraud. There are a lot of examples in the past about kidnapping of young kids which were trapped by people on social sites. Therefore an influx has been observed in the crime rate due to this practise of blackmailing.

Due to this a small fraction of people are healthy enough to run the country. Furthermore it has increased the number of people who are short tempered. This is mainly due to lack of interaction amongst people hence blowing up relationships.

But on the other hand smartphones have a lot more advantages than its disadvantages. Everything is just a click away from you. Smartphones are now even considered as a substitute for your laptop. They have got everything, literally everything.

Smartphones have brought a tremendous change and have contributed in making the world a global hub. In this era, these devices are a portal to the endless educational material, information regarding social welfare, in raising awareness and most of all means of communication. Smartphones have transformed this globe from a period of pigeon post to a whole new world of emails, facebook and video messages making it possible for one to keep in touch. These advantages are not only limited to the elder group of the society but also to the youth. It has brought group study and discussions to an ease. Furthermore these devices have provided an opportunity for the disabled members of the community to coup up with the fast pace of the educational world, provided at schools and universities, without an everyday
