For many grandparents, technology in 2016 is entirely different that it seems to be too complicated and perhaps unnecessary why one might have to learn. During the 1940s, the machinery at that time was a rotary phone, type writer, and record player. Most of these products one might not stumble across anymore, because they might not work or never to be seen again. Surprisingly out of those three a record player is still common today, since vintage is recognized for the beauty of it being old.
