In order to evaluate outcomes you must focus on team responsibility, map and study process. The ACA, has influenced Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS). Quality improvements are influenced by appropriate data. That’s why Medicare pays physicians a 1.5 bonus, to report accurate measures, it does not matter of the outcomes. This is considered a bonus payment, because without measurements improvements cannot established.
