During our senior management weekly meetings we have developed different processes to provide standard services to our clients measuring the effects of our interventions. One of the QI programs in our therapy department is related to accountability reports done twice a year in which we evaluated the outcomes met, partially met, and not met and the interventions provided to get those results. The data obtained has been pretty impressive allowing us to collect information of effectiveness (or lack of) of different therapy interventions, measure the impact of frequency and duration of treatment for some specific conditions, evaluate goals criteria and modifiers, and assess amount of outcomes addressed in one particular period of time. Our ultimate objective is to provide the best intervention, in the less amount of time, achieving the most amount of goals, with the less possible cost involved. By doing that, the opportunities of reaching out to more children in need of our services in our community
