As the modern workforce continues to shrink in capacity while college tuitions grow in amount, newly college graduates face looming the debt of college and rigorous criteria of companies that want to fill themselves with limited amounts of diamonds in the ruff. Unaware of their shortcomings, college graduates are looking at the modern workforce as an area of opportunity and financial prosperity. Graduates are now going head to head with each other in the job market while some are being denied by companies that seek the one thing that a college degree cannot make up for. As they are busy still trying to find a job, graduates buckle and exhibit fear as the clock ticks away, making the burden on debt increasingly heavier with each stroke of the hour.
