Have you ever forgotten to eat breakfast and came to school hungry? The ECS students have come up with an amazing solution; a food truck! Food trucks are an effective way to feed the ECS students and it’s super healthy.When you're hungry it affects the way the left brain functions and can cause ECS students to struggle in academics. A food truck can provide a delicious breakfast, a scrumptious lunch and nutritious after-school snacks for the students of ECS.
Breakfast is classified as the most important meal of the day; without breakfast the brain does not get enough of the needed nutrition and does not work to its full potential. Have you forgotten to eat breakfast in the morning? Every morning ECS students get up for school and rush out
