“Breakfast is the most important meal of the day”. I use to hear this often from my parent and teachers before a long quiz. Skipping out on breakfast might not seem as bad, but it can make your body less able to assimilate food. Eating breakfast every morning helps improve your mood. This includes giving you the energy to complete a task, memory, and concentration. Although, not having a meal or a snack in the morning can also lead to fatigue and anxiety. I came across an article that said, when you wake up the nutrients in your body that makes your brain and muscle function is low, however breakfast helps replenish it. Being hyperactive is an effect that food could have on your mood. Hyperactive people might have difficulty staying still and concentrating. I recall an article that stated that attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, or as you may know as ADHD is one of the main disorder associated with hyperactivity. Children who are hyperactive might talk out of turn, blurt things out, hitting other children, and being overactive. Then again children are not the only ones who become hyperactive. Adults drink coffee and energy drinks to help wake them up and get their morning started. One day me and my friends was walking to the store to buy some snacks before we had to take the act test. Trying to get energized to stay awake for the test, I had an ice coffee while my other friend was eating candy, and my other friend decided to purchase a red bull for the first time. Being active can lower your risk of many things like heart disease,obesity, and diabetes. You might think that to be active you have to go to a gym, but that is not true. People are actually active during their routine. If you play sport, walk or lift as part of your occupation, and handling yard work at home; More likely your active. Having a active life would make you stress free, positive, and healthy. However, To get active it all begin with what you eat. Fruits like bananas, berries, grapes, and oranges are mainly the best fruits to eat because they help you stay hydrated, gives you the potassium, and magnesium for your body. When you think about your favorite athlete they have to eat healthy food to be active and get all the energy they need. When I use to play sports in high school we had to watch what we ate and try to maintain begin healthy. I use to play sports until my junior year, but by the time of senior year I realize how lazy and out of shape I was and if I was not for patriating in jrotc I would have been a couch
