Folsom's Future Case Study

I'm not against expansion or development, I'm against conflict of interests planning Folsom's future. Regarding low income housing, many factors apply. You have government subsidy housing, which Folsom currently has, and then you have lower tiered, more entry level housing. Folsom categorizing this as anything around the 200- 300k range which tends to be condos or zero lot homes. My issue is it seems our elected officials are dividing Folsom in half; North of 50 and South of 50. With the removal of the inclusionary component, the development plan is ambiguous and there's nothing ensuring Folsom is balanced throughout. I have no problem with adding homes, but they have to make sense. Same goes for business and economy in Folsom. Our leadership
