This section of my assessment scored 3, this implies that employees do not have a choice on how or when work should be completed. Management within my department sets a game plan each day for employees to follow, some go as far as assigning deals to make sure employees are pulling their weight. Management provides a time when the work should be done and employees are addressed if they are not completed within that time frame. Management is required to complete monthly coaching’s to let employees know where they are listed on the scorecard and if improvement is needed. Employees have to meet requirements that are put in place for the entire department. If employee’s performance is below average for three consecutive months then correction action will take place. The organizations requirement to provide feedback is effective because employees always know where they stand amongst their
