Explain How To Improve Consultation

I think consultation will improve by making myself more available and by walking around the office asking question to employees and listening than responding to them showing them you understand what they are saying to you by repeated some of the key points about what they have told you, another thing you can do is get other employee opinion and listen to why they can offer you don’t have to use their idea but it make others feel better if you acknowledge and respect their opinion.
Other things we can do to improve consultation is consult and communicate in meetings, face to face, by email or by networking during the week, so that every individual is communicating during day to day tasks and throughout the week, making employees communicating
