There are various things in the world that is not seen as equal. Race, gender, and ethnicity are some examples of the differences that shape America’s society. Even with the official government acknowledgement of the LGBT (lesbian. gay, bixsexual, transgender) community, people still discriminate against them. Specifically, transgender people are being facing injustice in the workplace because there are companies that will not hire them. In 2011, 6,450 transgender people had taken the National Transgender Discrimination Survey which showed the injustices they face trying to get a job.
