but should not be as concerned with understanding the practices as they are with understanding how the patient uses
practices. Nurses are faced with huge decisions daily and must always live up to the standard of the patients consent

In doing this there is burden that nurses may have to carry and deal with because of the loss of a patient
or the close call of the wrong information being given. Nurses must up hold these standards though it may not seem like
the right thing to do sometimes.
The main goal of a nurse is to save and shoot for the well being of their patient. When these standards come into play
of taking the practices of philosophies and religions that people have it really pushes nurses to live by what they
sign up for. Communication between a nurse and their patient is key to the well being of that patient. Clear
communication should be made with the family as well so that they are aware of what is happening and what info they
should know. Nurses should pass on information clean and smoothly during shift change to fully understand which patient
they have and what desires and fulfillments that patient has.
