We have opinions in common. The definition and description of investigative interview are of significant in this case. Interview plays an communication role in investigation process that anyone at the "scene" should be involved, so that the maximum quality of information could be obtained as they are equally under assumption to be witnesses, suspects or the first person who reveal the fraud. Hence, ethical investigative interview is the core and thus achieving fair and justice, which eventually lead to a neutral outcomes.

There are essential goals underpinning any investigation and these are to first find out what happened, and if anything did happen and then to discover who did what. To accomplish these two missions, investigators should
