At Company X, it is our upmost desire to comply with rules and laws pertaining to our business, and to hold our values at a spectacular level. Our company values include responsibility, equality, honesty, confidentiality, respect, and integrity. These values are the building block of our company, and should be followed by all employees, management, and any persons associated with our business. We will not disclose financial, vendor, or any other nonpublic information to other companies, media, or competition unless it has been discussed with, and approved by, upper management. 4. Duty of Care: Company X shall comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to our business. If any decision being contemplated could violate one of these laws or regulations, it is every employee’s responsibility to ensure it is legal by first checking acceptable resources or get assistance through the company’s legal consultant. If any employee does not understand the laws and regulations that are to be followed, contact an expert. 5. Responsibility: All employees will be held accountable for their actions. It is detrimental that employees adhere to the company’s policies and procedures at all times. Employees need to have good standing attendance and be on time in order to maximize efficiency throughout the company and its daily business. All deadlines need to be met and all work must be completed to the best of your ability, and at company standard.
Our company has hired a training officer who will conduct different training lectures, activities, and who will assign software programs to ensure that all employees are knowledgeable and fully understand the topics included in the code of conduct.
