Education is imperative and open doors for many opportunities in the future. There are many people that lack post secondary education. Some adults argue that they do not pursue higher education because of the cost of tuition. On the other hand, some argue that they do not believe that higher education is necessary and will not assist them in the long run. As a result, they find it difficult to obtain decent careers. It is emphasized that obtaining a college degree can significantly increase your success by having a steady career, increase your average annual income and assist with achieving financial freedom. However, many college graduates argue that it is very difficult to find careers because they lack hands on experience. There are many people that I know who have obtained degrees and are not working in that filed. There are many college graduates that are Waitresses, Bartenders, Teacher’s Aid, Dishwashers and many more, settling for a job that does not require a degree. At the same time society has put a great deal of emphasis in achieving higher education to better your life. Surely the cost of Tuition can deter someone’s decision to pursue college.

The students that I wish to serve are adults, ranging from 21 years of age to 60 years of age. I wish to serve this age range because people in this age range have worked a few jobs, obtained knowledge, experience and know the importance of on the job training.
