In this essay, I’ll talk about drugs and supplements, how they affect our body and mind. Technological advancements in the sports industry and how that has improved our performance. Sports psychology (intrinsic and extrinsic motivation), how being motivated affects our performance. Is taking drugs and supplements ethical? Is it fair? A very controversial topic which has many different opinions, and thoughts.
