The dramatic irony starts from the very begging of the novel when Lee chooses Scout to tell us about his brother Jim whose arm was hurt. The reader himself is expecting bad events will happen to Jim more than Jim himself and there other characters in the novel.
Another example of dramatic irony is the character Dill. He is described as a curious character by the writer.
