At the same time, diversity is a concept that goes beyond the educational integration. It is a principle of life, relationship, value and coexistence. Assuming the beginning of human diversity is respecting and accepting the other in which be free and independent, whereas a person with equal rights and possibilities to us. It is put us rather than the other, see others as "other selves"(Kemple et. al., 2015). The world which we live has gone from the insulation or multiculturalism cultural confrontation. Wars and international conflicts are an example of this. We have to live, like it or not, in a pluralistic world. In which diversity should be considered as a creative richness and not an obstacle. Media, the development of new technologies and economic interests are transforming an industrial society into an information society (Koppelman, 2014). And this change must be sent to the younger generations. When speaking of culture, in the broad sense, we are thinking in customs, values, beliefs, organization, language, and ways of life of a people, human group or person. We are thinking of something lively, dynamic, variant and adaptive, in a way to deal with relationships and everyday problems. That is why the culture into which we are immersed, it conforms us; conditions in our way of thinking, feeling and acting. It influences our critical thinking of the things. Addressing prejudice and bias, also means, dealing with exclusion and injustice (Koppelman, 2014). In the end, critically examine prejudices and discrimination means that the individual makes an effort to build an inclusive community. A community where the society promotes democracy, values and constitutions. In other words, there are moral and sometimes legal reasons to act against biases and prejudice.
