Our company strategy to expand our markets to appeal to different kinds of customers will drive our business growth increasing our current declining profit. We are aiming to gain the trust of new customers; The company will display diversity within our company. On a surface level of diversity, our company will have different races, sex, and ages working together to achieve our objective of a new product. The diversity of our work environment enhances our public image and retain talent within our organization. On a deep level of diversity, our company will manage different personality and attitudes that are communicated in our company to avoid conflict within the organization.
