Distributed Leadership is a leadership tactic that involves collaborative work between individuals who trust, have faith and respect each other’s contribution. In public and private schools, distributed leadership occurs as a result of an exposed culture across an organization. Three essentials of distributed leadership may involve partnering with the community to collect and analyze data and information pertinent to the educational environment, communicating effectively with the community to conduct proactive measures for school safety, and giving share with all students, faculty members and community members to ensure a system of accountability for every students’ academic and social success is enacted.
