Facilitative Leadership Strategies

Decent Essays
The implementation of the facilitative leadership strategies went well. Many employees participated. I was able to actively listen to the staff. I paraphrased the questions several times so that they can understand them. I was very conscious of the culture, age, gender and educational level of the participants when I asked infection control question. There was trust and respect. The employees that participated on raising infection control awareness received hand sanitizer, facial tissues and pen. Two employees won the gift baskets. These employees stated that they never won anything in their life. They were so happy when I called them with the good news the next day.
