YP4: Long-Term Leadership Development Initiative

I’m currently a member of a group called YP4 (Young People for Change) which is a long-term leadership development initiative that identifies, engages, and empowers the newest generation of progressive leaders. Within this organization when I first joined a clique was formed with a liaison, isolated member, one who bridge everyone together and a gatekeeper. The clique was formed because we had to break up in little groups to get to know each other and understood everyone social justice plan. For me I was isolated one, I never gave the group my ideas or engaged in conversation everything was limited unless it was a topic I was passionate about than I would give little interaction.
