Disney is one of the biggest taxpayers in Annaheim, and is a large employer, tourist attraction to get more people in the city. This town without Disney would be nothing and maybe would not even exist. SunCal may want to look at other properties that are near Disney and still close enough that the employees can live there and not be as far away from work every day. This way Disney can still have their fantasy experience for the tourist and agree to a project at a little longer distance for the employees. The major issue they are facing is the availability of water. Due to the production water is an important thing in order to make the soda and is the key to their profitability. The stockholders expected the company to be reasonable with the usage of the water. But what they did not know was and became aware of is the contamination and depletion of the water supply.
2. Coca Cola should take into consideration their use of natural resources and how it will effect the rest of people who live around them. Next social environment should be concerned and the company should have researched this before they began production and realized the good and bad that could come from them producing such a high quaintly of products.
3. They were able to identify the issue that was impacting the environment of the community they were in, analyze the issue when it was brought to their attention by the community people e negotiate with the stockholders, and come up with a feasible solution that would best fit all sides of this situation.
4. They should understand the impact that they have on the region and alter the way they are running the current business process to better fit them and the community regarding the natural resources they are going to be
