Many teams have opportunity to visit the client; unfortunately, we did not have the chance to meet our client. The CEO was either out of the town or too busy to meet us. Hence, we did not stop by the organization. However, I spent a Saturday afternoon to visit one of the property in the San Dimas. Five out of Six properties are listing in this community. There are two freeway, 210 and 57, close by and one supermarket is in working-distance. Both advantages make the community very attractive. However, it raised some questions in my mind; how come these properties are still available, these houses should be sold out easily.
