Manpower planning is the process of estimating or projecting the number of personnel required for a project. (business-concepts/human-resources-hr-terms/4417-manpower-planning.html, n.d.). By estimating the manpower requirement of Dhiraagu they decide the number of staffs which needs for each department and for whole organization. And also it will be easy to find the right person at the right job in the right time.
3.2.2 Recruitment: It is the process of identifying that the organisation needs to employ someone up to the point at which application forms for the post have arrived at the organisation. Recruitments are notified, the concern invites and solicits applications according to the invitations made to the desirable candidates. In dhiraagu they use internal and external recruinment. When they want to promote employees they use internal source of recruinment. However dhiraagu can use external recruinment while more expensive process due to advertising and interviews

Specific training on health and safety, aspect such as basic fire fighting, climbing and working at heights and electrical. Safety training were provided to relevant staffs in addition to the normal training and development programs are conducted.
