The Artifacts of culture change is directed towards providers and researchers to examine significant changes a nursing home has made that are different from other culture changing homes. Apart from researchers and providers, there are other entities who are willing to compare culture changes in homes “against other deficiencies, quality measures, quality indicators, turnover to determine if changing culture has any positive effects.” These entities include provider organizations, nursing home chains, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services
