The most significant core ideology is one where an organization is shaped at their core, and is characterized by their ability to balance change and continuity, require discipline, and is practiced on a conscious level (Srinivasan,2013). Srinivasan (2013) notes that vision guides strategy of the organization 's ability to achieve and retain its competitive advantage significantly by functioning in the height of a crucial transitional stage of human evolution. Rothaermel (2013) argues that organizations must decide how organizations can measure their competition’s advantages to formulate businesses, corporation, and global strategy. Porter (2011) and Kim and Mauborgne (2005) theories are integral for organizations to keep their competitive footing over their competition. Organizations use goals to establish ethical processes (boundaries) for the intent to establish a guideline for employees’ behavior and decision making initiatives. Therefore, organizations use a modern management, which is the inner core of organizations, where the organizational Mission, Value and Vision are formed. Historically, Patterson (2012) claims that intuition, and the value thereof, is devalued in strategic-marketing. Patterson (2012) states that supporting the exploration of irrational decision theory may increase the use of the heuristic intuition. The implementation and exploration of the heuristic of intuition improves or may improve decision making among managers. Of the three elements of Butterfield, Borgne, Amundson, and Maglio (2005) critical incident analysis: antecedent information, a description of experiences and description of outcomes of incident(s), the most effective contributor to the organizational learning and knowledge is the antecedent information. The antecedent of incident sheds light on how or what led up to how an incident issue. An evaluation of a matter can be obtained over the duration of the critical incident. After gaining knowledge about an incident, a descriptive review of the outcome based on the results offers an understanding of what took place during the incident: negative or positive.
