Abstract
Cultural diversity is increasing more and more each day in all healthcare systems around the world. This reality requires health care providers to show a high level of cultural competence. One of the biggest factors that has contributed to the increasing cultural diversity is immigration, and it has led to complex interpersonal connections. Consequently, there has been a big cultural and demographic change that has made healthcare providers manage these differences effectively. Differences are most seen in communication styles, multiple languages, attitudes, expectations and different opinions.
