Having a plant-based diet can make people feel full; they just need to eat more vegetables, grains and protein (legumes, oils and nuts) to obtain the “full” feeling. In addition, plants digest faster than animal products, so they need to eat a higher quantity of vegetables and fruits more frequently throughout the day than you would if they ate meat.
