I have practiced ethical behavior by following the guidelines of NASW Code of Ethics and The Salvation Army’s expectations for case managers.

I have interacted with several clients from different nationalities, socioeconomics backgrounds, and cultures in case management. I enjoy letting the client teach me about their values and beliefs by sharing their culture; always keeping in mind that our differences are what make us all special.

By attending the 8th annual Ohio Human Trafficking Awareness Day at the Statehouse I was able to hear from individuals in many areas of the policy making process. Also, working with the VICE and Anti-Human Trafficking Task Force on sting operations gave me different outlooks and the victims of human trafficking.

While attending and leading groups at The Well drop in center I was able to improve on my interpersonal and reflection skills with many diverse clients at the same time.
