Client was present with writer. Clt noted that she has been taking her antidepressants as prescribed and she has not been feeling any side effects. Clt stated that she has been feeling better and her mood has improved. Clt also stated that she has returned to work and she feels satisfied with her work ethic. Clt expressed concerns about displaying “OCD symptoms”. Clt noted that she has been obsessing about having things in a particular order. Clt stated that she has to perfectly line up pencils at work and following her morning routine in a precise order. Clt notes that she felt “anxious” when things are not placed/followed in a specific way.
