• Document the client-facing process
Be’s Professional Services didn’t have written documents of its client-facing process. By documenting the process, Be’s Professional Services can understand details of its process and review the process in an objective manner. Ms. Roberts can also use the documents to explain the client-facing process to her staffs. Even if each staff participates in only some parts of the client-facing process, knowing an entire process can help to improve the efficiency of each staffs’ job. Based on Ms. Roberts explanation, Four Bees Group documented the client-facing process as a narrative and flowcharts, which are attached as Appendix C and D.
