Stage One Outcome Stage Two Acuity

The three stages are stage one outcome, stage two acuity, and stage three flexibility.
Stage one is the outcome which are based upon a list of questions for the client to ask themselves which are based upon what, why, where and how questions regarding the goals they want to achieve this is followed by visualising the outcome in order to make sure it’s the correct answer to why they want to achieve the goal, to validate its for themselves.
The therapist will be aware of emotional attachments to answers from previous taken down history. In order to use visualisation the client will need to imagine they have achieved the goal they want to achieve using vision, sound, smell and touch to make it all seem real, this will give the a sense of feelings
