Their conversation is about how Ender seems to be in trouble. The other students are split apart, and Ender is stuck at the "Giant's Drink" portion of a game which is what the men discuss. The two talk about a boy who killed himself, all though Graff thinks the death had nothing to do with the mind game. Graff is ordered to leave Ender with his group to see how he handles the situation, even though Graff wants to try something else. The other person is in charge of the fleet, and says that until Graff gives him a commander there is nothing for him to do. Ender and the other students are in the battle room for the first time, getting used to no gravity and the suits they wear in it. Ender quickly begins to explore with moving around, just like another boy, Bernard's best friend Alai. The two of them talk while moving around the room, as the other boys are slower, and not as good. They figure out that the guns they have freeze the part of the suit that they hit. After reading and watching the story of Ender Wiggin, it occurred to me that the book and the movie has its similarities and differences. Even though I personally thought the book was better (which it was), they both have their ups and downs. Here are the comparisons between these two tales of Ender’s Game. The filmmakers of Ender’s Game: The Movie made unnecessary additions to the original story more than needed, such as tranquilizing Ender after he killed the buggers, having Petra be at Ender’s side when he goes off to find the bugger egg, or when there’s an actual adult bugger queen when Ender finds the egg.…

Leaders possess many great qualities such as good communication, natural intuition, and confidence. Ender Wiggin combines those qualities throughout both the movie and the book. Ender’s game starts off with an attack on earth from buggers which are aliens of another planet. Once attacked on, Mazer Rackham conquers and destroys the buggers, but that wasn't the last attack from these aliens. Colonel Graff believes that somewhere out there is the next Mazer Rackham, which leads him to starting a military program.…

You are six years old and are forced to fight your countries enemy and were taken away from your family and could possibly not see them for years; Ender Wiggin was six and was taken away from his family to fight the buggers in space and both the movie and book shows his struggles along the way. The book is better compared to the movie because it allows the reader to better understand Enders thoughts and feelings while he is on his journey and allows the reader to paint a mental picture of certain characters. Like any other book, Enders Game had several themes throughout the story and without, we would not see the characters evolve throughout the story and grow. One of the many themes in Enders Game is strength; when he entered the camp, Ender was isolated from everyone and was forced to overcome obstacles thrown at him in order to see if he can and how he will handle them; another theme is competition. Enders Game is a book nothing but competition between Ender and the other kids, competing to be the best at defeating the buggers.…

Graff informed Major Anderson with a demanding tone,"Ender Wiggin must believe that no matter what happens, no adult will ever, ever step in to help him in any way... If he does not believe that, then he will never reach the peak of his abilities" (202). Graff knows that if adults begin to help Ender with fights he gets into or issues he has that he will rely on in the future. This portrays how Graff will let Ender get beat up multiple times and have him suffer through unfair game play just to make him turn into the top commander they want him to be. In addition, after Ender received a large piece of paper from Graff, Bean suddenly realized how cruel the adults were after he asked,“Graduated?”…

Ender’s mother was shocked that an officer was proud of the decision Ender made that got him invited to the battle school because Graff was basically promoting violence to Ender, saying it is ok to use which made the novel disturbing. Also, the violence while in battle school made the children being in the characters more disturbing because of the actions they took. Ender and Bonzo were fighting in the bathroom because Bonzo wanted to kill him, “Ender whirled in time to see Bonzo stagger backward, his nose bleeding, gasping from surprise and pain”(211). The quote shows how Ender was defending himself from Bonzo, who wanted to kill him. The character should not have been a child and shown that violence was the problem solver.…

This really long quote basically describes the entire ending of the book. After Ender wiped out the entire bugger race he was very upset at what he just did because he was feeling guilty that he had no authority to kill the peaceful buggers, this also ties in with Enders emotional changes through the novel. But anyways since he felt guilty he went searching in a cave where it was told that the queen bugger lived as he entered the cave he saw one last bugger which survived the attack and Ender being the person who can communicate to the buggers spoke to it and Ender promised that bugger that he would take the little white cocoon and colonize the bugger race on a far away world without anyone knowing. But at the same time Peter was terrorizing the world back on earth and the most important person in the world to Ender was his sister Valentine so…

    Game Of Thrones: Summary

Dragons, sorcery and magic may not traditionally evoke thoughts of medievalism, though the Game of Thrones, through its depiction of the Middle ages, has successfully brought to the masses a compelling story grounded in real medieval analogs. To say that no artistic liberties were taken by the author would be ignorant. The story is in itself a work of fiction, though that does not disqualify it from encouraging interest in the Middle Ages. Much criticism and discussion has been brought up against the show for its supposed inaccurate portrayal of the Middle Ages, and its exploitative use of sex and violence . A topic that is often overlooked are the aspects in which Martin gets right.…
