The business model:
Aims:
To become the major company in Ecuador, in the pre-cook and meals ready to cook delivery sector, in the next 3 years. Offer the Ecuadorian people an easy and friendly way to buy quality food for their home or offices. Grow the business with the possibility to expand it thru South America or get involve in other E-delivery business.
To provide an income that will allow me to live by myself in Ecuador and save some money so I can invest in my next start-up.
Objectives:
1. 50% market share in the third year.
2. Sales of 700.000 USD during the first year, reaching 3.200.000 USD the third year.
3. Obtaining a gross profit margin of 40% and a net profit margin of 12%.
4. Get the knowledge of an online delivery business, to look for future business in the same sector which present a lot of opportunities in the Ecuadorian Market.

1. Customer segments:
The company will offer a B2C service that is focused on people from 20 to 50 years that are based in the two biggest cities of the country Quito and Guayaquil. These persons are business mans that spend a lot of time working and don’t have time to cook. People that are concern about health and want to eat proper healthy food. People that live by themselves and don’t have time to prepare a proper meal all by themselves. After being established we will look to get some corporate contracts to deliver food for the company employees.
