The business model:
Aims:
To become the major company in Ecuador, in the pre-cook and meals ready to cook delivery sector, in the next 3 years. Offer the Ecuadorian people an easy and friendly way to buy quality food for their home or offices. Grow the business with the possibility to expand it thru South America or get involve in other E-delivery business.
To provide an income that will allow me to live by myself in Ecuador and save some money so I can invest in my next start-up.
Objectives:
1. 50% market share in the third year.
2. Sales of 700.000 USD during the first year, reaching 3.200.000 USD the third year.
3. Obtaining a gross profit margin of 40% and a net profit margin of 12%.

• 1 office for three persons (3 desks, 3 computers, 1 telephone line, 1 printer, 1 projector, 1 meeting table)
• Online tracking system, to have an accurate about our orders.

We will start renting one kitchen in La Floresta Quito, a place that will be cheap to rent but is close to all the main sectors of the city. Initially, we will look for a full equipment Kitchen from a restaurant that only serves during the nights, since our service will be from 10:30 to 16:00 . After establishing the company in Quito, will move to Guayaquil with the same business model. Because we only do deliveries the dimensions for the kitchen should not be that big. The renting agreement will be made for 3 at leats years so we can be properly established and take advantage of the place.
