Communication Objective

• Better communication should use the from bottom-up and top-down methods. Currently JKL is not use a systematic communication flow in both way. Higher hierarchy in the company should has their own concern within organisation. Therefore, a proper system needs to be in place to solve the problem within the company.
• In the company, people need to work together and need to communicate with each other to understand different ideas. Also JKL company need to improve co-ordinations between each department. Every department should work together as a whole, therefore a communication without congestion can improve business performance down the track.

Due to different culture background, every employee has. In order to eliminated such religious lines, JLK could bring in new policy in which every employee can be invite d and optional to attend the celebration. Embrace a diverse cultural is critical for JLK in building a positive working environment. Besides, Employees are entitled to have extra personal leave in relation to their own cultural or religion holyday. Regular communication and routine multi-culture party would bring every one closer without and discrimination.

Question 2

The potential problem is the difficulties to fully understand the cultural background without fundamental language perspective. Poor communication in different languages in the employees who came from different countries. Therefore, with the help of local community and union from each diverse culture is necessary. As they could be a better communicator to each other, and also avoid any unacceptable behaviour while maintaining trust and impression of taking sides.
