Case Study: Bonnie And OSHA Violations

It was cold in the office and people who work there can get sick as well as Bonnie and the patients. One OSHA violation is the cord anyone can trip over it, like patients or Bonnie even though she knows it's there she may forget and fall. Then that's a worker out for a few days or weeks they may need. I truly don't think she cares what the safety officer thinks because of how cold Bonnie was and to be honest I think she believes he can't do anything. The officer handled the situation correctly the first time; he could've taken the whole thing without saying anything to Bonnie. She knows it's not safe to have the heater around the office, what if it would've caught fire? Since Bonnie was being disrespectful and not following the office rules
