i. The concern is that the Tier 0 audit term will be confusing and will need more development. ii. We will no longer use the term Tier 0 audit. We will find other words to describe the concept of a Tier 0 audit.
3. Richard explained that the 5S Safety Check checklist questions are purposely generic and broad.

The team brought up a topic that in the past, the areas were 5S trained by Kaizan and / or Safety Services. 5S Terminology may therefore be different in areas, and thereby result in varying expectations. There were no set guidelines, because 5S was developed organically. An audit will have varying criteria based on different training received at the Operation.
a. Richard stated agreement to the above topic, and reiterated the scope of this domestic project is to have checklists that are purposefully broad.
b. Broad checklists are used in order to cover the differences that resulted in the various organic 5S efforts across property and the segment.
c. Safety services will partner with operations for site specific interpretation of the checklists and ensure that local interpretations are applied consistently.
d. Application of the broad Tier 1 and 2 checklists will allow for operational flexibility, while providing data for metrics that can be interpreted across the
