The Boeing Company has unions under their engineer and tech workers known as the International Association of Machinists & Aerospace Workers, who work in Seattle, Washington at a factory to create and build the jet planes. There are nearly 23,000 engineers and technical workers that are represented in the union by Boeing. The workers are having their pensions cut heavily due to the shift in location for production. It is unethical and illegal for labor unions of a company to have other employees be obligated in joining the union. Also, it’s illegal for the union leaders to use union money for their own personal or private use. In order for these ethical issues between the workers and the management is to develop building a better relationship that encourages and earns trust and loyalty.
