In order to acquire customer knowledge, the sales person must research the local market and find out the needs of current home buyers as well as the state of the current market. It’s important in the realtor’s case to be well informed about the research reports of the housing market, thus they are more familiarized with important stats and developments of the market. This will not only help new real estate agents but existing realtors as well in terms of how to go about improving their business opportunities.
