This is a SWOT analysis to determine Mid-Atlantic Recycling, LLC's strengths and weaknesses, as well as, there opportunities and threats. Mid-Atlantic Recycling, LLC's is located in West Virginia, its business model for human waste is to collect recycled, composted, and market waste from city municipal sites for user supplies. Our management team is comprised of the owner and president, Mr. Oliver Pyne, Sam Cole, and Alexander Main. Mr.Pyne has over 30 experienced in farming and agriculture industry.

Pyne and associates in all aspects of production which doesn't allow time to explore other opportunities for human waste. Our management team with over 15 years of combined experience of various skills and knowledge of composting human waste completes our staff and helps accomplish our company's mission. Outsourcing some jobs could cause a problem if not managed. Permanent staffing will need training in their specified tasks.
Financing start up through several loans for operating capital and for production equipment could bankrupt the company if not paid when due. Government regulations, federal and state authority regulation audits could also hinder operation and production and cost.
Similar products of the market are not as reliable or maybe more expensive- pricing below chemical fertilizers. Our loyal customer's base will be in place for this new compost. There is a high demand for the product for our targeted market. The product will boost company's public image, because the company will be an innovator in the process of recycling waste product into usable material. Furthermore, the company is located on the HUB Zone and SDB section 8(a) certifications that provide advantages in selling their product to the government.
