As a result, Chipotle is recognized for satisfying customers by giving them exactly what they want. The company’s quality food at reasonable prices maintains customer loyalty. Another key strength for the company is the fact that its meat is produced at company-owned farm. With this, Chipotle’s food is made with natural ingredients from more sustainable sources than its competition. With this, Chipotle has both direct and indirect competitors. The direct competitions have similar themed chains in the market, while indirect competitors are other popular fast food restaurants. There is also the threat of substitute products, which include other competitors in the restaurant industry such as full service and quick service. To expand, the two major direct competitors are Taco Bell and Qdoba, which both sell Mexican food. Indirect competitors are McDonalds and Yum!
