The Noble Eightfold Path Is a way of self improvement towards cessation of rebirth. The Eightfold path has multiple steps to completing the path. The first point is called Right View, which means the right way to view the world. Wrong view occurs when our expectations are about hope with the way things should turn out or how afraid we are of things. The Right View Occurs when when we view things just the way they are. To have the right absorption means to be captured in the Present, In things which the way they are. The way this happens is with some sort of discipline, such as finding a way to keep yourself calm in serious situations.
