BSBLDR401 Task 3, Report (criteria 1-4)

This report is related to a real business called “ That's Amore Cheese” that is a cheese factory. In this report I will explain the different electronic and not communication system.

1. 1. In That's Amore cheese factory verbal communication is used. The manager at the begin of the day organizes a meeting where at the team members are assigned different tasks during the day. To facilitate the comprehension also, the manager writes all the tasks on the main board, where there is written the quantity of each order and the name of the workers that as to follow the task. In this way not only, with the verbal communication the employee may ask if they did not understand , but also they can double check on the main board the order and the task that the manager gave to them.

The noise in the factory is one of the barriers,when the manager has to talk with the team members. One way, that the manager uses to overcome this barrier is move the team member in a place where there is less noise,Furthermore in the meantime , she tried to turn off the noisy machines that can disturb the attention of the team.
Another barrier is the different culture and language. By this I mean, employee that doesn't speak the same language , or do not have the same level of ability in a language.
The way that the manager uses to overcome this barrier is to speak slowly, using easy words and asking questions to understand if the team has understood or not.

3. The employer in That's Amore cheese gives their representatives handbooks or manuals containing working environment strategies and methods, which manage such things as:

-utilization of organization property (eg cell telephones, organization vehicles or portable PCs);
-email and web use;
-non-smoking at the work environment;
-medication and liquor use;
-word related wellbeing and security
